Welcome to this new year. On the one hand it is 'only' another 365 days, added to the previous years we've lived so far. On the other hand it is an invitation to start anew, recalibrate, inhale deeply and inhabit our lives afresh. It is a stimulus worthy of us choosing how we respond. Like Mark Nepo, I hope that you let no one keep you from your journey: ever towards your soul's shore, with its promise – too great to be ignored.
