Dare to be Yourself

Showing ourselves is a risky business - it seems to me.

One can’t rehearse authenticity - for it to be authentic; it has to be real and true in the moment.

And you never know what might emerge in the courageous move towards authentic self expression. This is the conundrum. It is in taking the risk, and discovering that what might be strange or even frightening about you might also be liberating and make a difference, that we build the self-worth needed to live authentically.
